Model VEC 91
Model VEC 91 is the worldwide first rifle being built in series with electronic ignition and caseless ammunition. Two 15 Volt batteries ignite the cartridge directly. Electrical ignition has some significant advantages compared to the traditional hammer ignition.
Electrical ignition is about a factor 10 faster that the traditional way. There are no moving parts interfering your shooting results. Therefore shooting results even from less well trained shooters are immediately better. Benchrester Kenny Jarett has shot with a caseless VOERE-benchrest rifle 1,8 mm dia of spread on 100 m with 5 shots.
Enviromental influences like rain, sun, heat, snow do not affect the ignition.
