Model VEC 91
Model VEC 91 is the worldwide first rifle in batches manufactured rifle with electronic ignition using caseless ammunition. Two 15 V batteries ignite the cartridge directly. This ignition has significant advantages compared to the traditional hammer ignition. Electrical ignition is a factor 10 faster than the traditional way. There are no moving parts interfering shooting accuracy. Even untrined shooters have immediately better results than with traditional rifles. Benchrester Kenny Jarett has shot 1,8 mm dia of spread on 100 m with 5 shots with a VOERE Bench Rest rifle.
Enviromental influences like rain, sun, snow do not affect the ignition. Theoretically the rifle can be shot under water with the VOERE ammunition.
