Data, CNC-program, drawing transfer from our costumers
We are able to produce parts with our machinery in 2-D and in 3-D.
2-D drawings and programming
We are using Solid Edge and Fabriwin. AutoCAD-drawings of selected versions.
2-D CAM in production

In the area 2-D we are using Quatro from DLOG
Any file in this format can be copied as a native

3-D drawings and programming
We are using Solid works for generating and processing drawings.

Data transfer
We are able to process data sent by ISDN, Email, disk, CD and DVD.
Data format
We are able to process most data formats. However it is best to use native data formats. Native data formats are:
Solid Works, Solid Edge, Catia, Pro Engineer
We can also use STEPS, SDL, IGES etc.
We can also use data files for molds, tools etc.
CNC-Standard
Please note that all files most meet certain CNC-specifications:
- CNC-Standard means all text, tolerances, comments, titels etc. must be in a separate layer than the drawing
- all lines in the drawing must have the correct length i.e. exactly the same length as in the text
- all contours must be closed
- the drawing must not be changed after the data file was generated
