Since 1985, apart from firearms for hunting and sports, high-precision parts are also being manufactured at VOERE under contract manufacturing for medical technology, aerospace, electronics, glassware, automotive and optical industries as well as for mechanical engineering.

VOERE is a specialist in high-speed milling up to 5 axes, lathe machining up to 8 axes, grinding and polishing, wire-cut and die-sinking EDM, metal forming with punching, bending, embossing, nibbling, conventional welding, hardening and burnishing (blueing).

VOERE maunfactures small quantities for medical technology using titanium grade 6, in a single operation using a turning and milling centre.

VOERE produces working parts made of stainless steel, high alloy steel, titanium, aluminium, brass, copper, bronze, plastics, special foams and fibreglass reinforced plastics for the optical industry.

VOERE manufactures premounted precision parts for automation technology.

VOERE produces components for prototypes and small to medium-sized series up to batch sizes of 500 pieces for tool making.

VOERE manufactures sheet metal assemblies for the firearms and weapons industry with a high degree of accuracy and low tooling costs in small and medium-sized lots.

VOERE generates milled and EDM free-form prototypes for space technology from 3-D data without drawings.

VOERE produces customised parts from samples, drawings, 2-D, 2.5-D and 3-D data that it prepares in-house.

VOERE delivers, on request, measurement reports and boasts of a comprehensive range of measuring instruments and test equipment with a climate-controlled measurement room and fully automatic 3-D measuring machines.
